And the plants and animals that would have used this water no longer have any chance of survival.
Yet again the utter selfish of humans triumphs. Some of this water goes back into the system, but not all of it.
'Houses in the desert can have water' they say. Ever thought that humans that can't live in a desert shouldn't be there? No, instead they invent a device to destroy it further. Just because you can do something g doesn't mean you should. Take the long view and see the consequences for once.
