I am writing to concern whether you have received your item. Are you satisfied with our products?

Hii!!

i think it is used wrongly in this context because "concern" means preocupation so I think that there are lots of verbs to express the preocupation you have about the delivery.

For instance: I am writing to ask you if/whether the item has arrived on time, if it does; are you satisfied with our products?

Cheers

I agree with Medea - "concern" does not mean "ask about" or "enquire about".

If you use "concern", the subject of the verb is the thing/question and the object is the person.

That you have received your item concerns me. Are you satisfied with our products?
Or it can be passively written (this is more common):
I am concerned whether you have received your item. Are you satisfied with our products?

The use of concern usually implies some reason to be concerned. In this case, perhaps the letter writer suspects that the product may not have arrived safely or in good condition. Rather than raise that suspicion, it might be better to focus on the customer's perception of the service and product.

I am writing to inquire about your satisfaction with our product and service. ...
