Are you asking to know what websites other members regularly visit?

If you are, mine are:

1. The Drudge Report.

2. Google News.

3. The Free Dictionary Forums.

4. Usingenglish.com forums.

That is about all.

We are often told that it is not a good idea to spend too much time sitting -- be it in front of a computer or TV or anything else.

We need to move (walk) more.

Have a nice weekend!

Well, I can't speak for the crazies. I go out of my way to avoid them, but not too far.

If you mean web browsers, then...well, Firefox works well to be able to do small neat things, and I like addons like BlockSite and so forth. Chrome is also good but I save it for specialized stuff. Internet Explorer is slow and annoying so pretty much anything but it. I recommend playing with features of new web browsers if you can. You might be surprised at the conveniences you find.

Web pages? Well, I have a bunch I try to check once a day without getting bogged down. I try to read my twitter feed twice a day too for especially good stuff. There are political ones, but I'd save that for elsewhere

I particularly enjoy the idiom section of this fine website.

I can't help much on the topic of internet crazies. I tend to avoid them as much as possible, and if I stumble over one, I either laugh at them, or ignore them.

It also helps to watch the news only about once a week, sometimes twice. You won't miss much, if anything at all, and it helps in keeping the crazies and the stupid from influencing you too much. Just my opinion.
