Finnish or Hungarian or another Finno-Ugric language, because I find the structure of words and sentences, and the grammar, fascinating. It is totally different from what my brain is used to. I studied a bit of it in Syntax class (part of study 'General Linguistics', which I didn't finish).
FW Question (again): Which language would you like to be able to speak, and why?
I'm really curious :)

no. I have no reason to consider my death 'impending', in the first place; and, death is an inevitable truth, that, if I spend my life in the righteous way, will only lead to a more happy place, salvation... anyway, I think I'm digressing to far into the occult...   back to reality, Which was the most innocent romantic moment in your youth?

The night my husband asked for my hand in marriage was the most romantic thing to ever happen to me. It was Sadie Hawkins Day. That is the 29th of February in the US. By custom, it is a day where the woman is supposed to foot the bill. I had taken my then boyfriend out to supper to celebrate. We were at a very cozy restaurant down in the Village of New York City. He asked me to marry him and I accepted. A waiter over heard and brought us a bottle of champagne on the house. When we left the restaurant, there was about 8 inches of snow on the ground. I am a snow lover so it was like splendor to me.

A: I always ask someone else to do the taxes. I am a financial disaster. You have no idea. BTW I advise most people to do get it done by a specialist. They know all the tricks and the instructions you get are not worth trust. What you can expect from nowadays governments...

Definitely printed books. The thing that I have heard about ebooks that I like is that if there is a word whose definition that you don't know, you can do something and the definition will pop up. But there is nothing like the printed word.

I love to work with (house)plants, grow them, let them multiply, give them away to friends and family.. But I don't have a garden, just a balcony on which I grow herbs and tomatoes. A shame. Maybe in a few years time when I'm done with my studies.

It's a memory told for years in the family (don't remember it really myself): I was invited by the neighbors with a lot of fruits: apples, oranges, bananas, you name it and I asked for a pear, one of the few kinds there were not...
