Hahaha! Good one by Mr. Clemens, and timely for me personally as well.

Not to say that the majority is always wrong I think, but there is something very powerful and influencing about following the biggest crowd, and its generally the easiest to do as well...

So yea, keep your eyes peeled and brain sharp : )

[39:3] Absolutely, the religion shall be devoted to GOD alone. Those who set up idols beside Him say, "We idolize them only to bring us closer to GOD; for they are in a better position!" GOD will judge them regarding their disputes. GOD does not guide such liars, disbelievers.

Sometimes to quit too, and perhaps as fast as you can.

Good advise from the author of the quote.
My cousin is curious. Perhaps Roger is a descendant?

Resplendent quote, It sends a good message which is conformity is not infallible, which is highly pertinent to this world where many people follow the crowd.

"Marijuana will be legal someday, because the many law students who now smoke pot will one day be Congressmen and they will legalize it to protect themselves. I don't smoke pot, and I'm glad because then I can champion it without any special pleading. The reason I don't smoke pot is because it facilitates ideas and heightens sensations-and I got enough shit flying through my head without smoking pot." - Lenny Bruce

A quote from Mark Twain's Note Book 1935.
A wise Quote suited to Politicians and the Military when extremely hard decisions have to made (pause and reflect).
Mark Twain's Note Book 1902, Everybody's private motto: Its better to be popular than right.
Here he could be in favour of the underdog (being right) rather than the flock of sheep (being wrong).
Mark Twain's book, A Dog's Tail 1903, "It's Synonymous with supererogation". Ok that is a big word.
