Hello everyone.
I need to know the Hebrew word for cricket... I am talking about the chirping insect, not the sport.
I need in phonetically... ...
I very much appreciate your help.

Thanks,
Richard

TheFreeDictionary has a great translations tool that can help with this. You can look up the word cricket in their dictionary, then scroll to the bottom of the page and when you get to the translations section, select "Hebrew" from the dropdown menu of languages. The only thing it won't give you is the phonetic English transliteration of the word. In this case, TheFreeDictionary translates the word "cricket" (meaning the grasshopper-like insect) as צְרָצָר. I would transliterate this as "tzi-rah-tzar."
