I totally agree. Links from unknown sources are avoidable.

It is apparently a 42 minute film based on a book about the Federal Reserve. The description references the "fact" that Thomas Jefferson "knew about the Monster" referring to the Fed. This appears to be a reference to an infamous email that is still circulating that alleges Jefferson made reference to a Federal Reserve type bank. While Jefferson was not a fan of big banking, the email quote is a lot of words put into Jefferson's mouth, so to speak. You have to doubt the authenticity of anything that would quote an email hoax.

I never heard of the Thomas Jefferson Email!! :)
This documentary is about how money is brought into existence, what it's backed by and how it's related to the common mans efforts.

Funny that people have been using a computer with internet for quite sometime now and don't know that clicking on a website that doesn't end in .exe doesn't download any stuff unless pop up blocker is switched off, just to keep themselves from being up-to-date!

Most of the people don't know what .exe, .htm, .asp, .php or such are and only 0,09% of them are clever enough to look at the bottom line of their browser before they click, and for some years they have been taught not to click on suspicious looking links in suspicious sites. So, when you give a link here, whether you're a newbie or an esteemed member, always tell what that link is.

The video is predicated on the book, which is made available courtesy of the Ludwig von Mises organization. This is the "Austrian School" of economic thought, which believes in extreme laissez faire, i.e. if there is no governmental regulation, all will be peachy keen. Ayn Rand would love it.

Of course they feel Thomas Jefferson knew the monster. Jefferson opposed to the Federalists, and the formation of the Federal Reserve. Washington, a weak Federalist, supported the formation of the Federal Reserve Bank.

I also found it fascinating that according to these folks, the only good thing Franklin Roosevelt did was repeal Prohibition. Apparently he is bad because it was inappropriate to go into debt for WW II as well as to try to get the country out of the depression.

Not to say the folks who brought you the book and video do not have a few ideal in there, but they are way, way far to one side.

(via malicious code) I can tell you that any link can be a redirecter to a file that could execute something that some will later regret.
There many Black Hat tricks. Sorry to offend ksr but my P.C. is valuable and I'm cautious.
