'Wanker', 'shit', 'cunt' and 'slut' aren't accepted, but 'slutty' is. Did it slip through or was it your intention to have it in the game for some reason? I think that either no vulgar words should be allowed, or all should.

It slipped through. We're working to remove all in the next update.

Hi.

Okay. If I see any more vulgar words, I'll try and post them in this thread.

Not a vulgar term, but its inclusion is still questionable since it's a word offensive to latin people/hispanics: "spic".

I managed to enter it only a few days ago, I'm not imagining it: it showed up on my list of entered words after the round.

The update propagated a few days ago, so it was most likely right before it took effect. Please let us know if you see it again.

In the last finished game between me and Grace Pellicano, one of us managed to enter "spic". This was yesterday or the day before I think (after your last message in this thread anyway).

If the game began before the change, it would still have been permitted. I checked the database and it has been removed.

It probably did start before because I tried to enter it in another game against Grace Pellicano more recently and it wasn't allowed. However, one of us did manage to enter "spics" though, which is either its plural and/or an acronym.

The return of "spic"

I managed to enter "spic" again just now in a game with the following set of letters: E, E, S, P, I, C & R!

I just played SPIC right now. It's still in the database!

I've managed to enter it again as recentöy as this week or late last week.

Adj.

1. spic - completely neat and clean; "the apartment was immaculate"; "in her immaculate white uniform"; "a spick-and-span kitchen"; "their spic red-visored caps"

immaculate, speckless, spick, spotless, spick-and-span, spic-and-span

clean - free from dirt or impurities; or having clean habits; "children with clean shining faces"; "clean white shirts"; "clean dishes"; "a spotlessly clean house"; "cats are clean animals"

This is my only now.

I missed a word that was allowed. Cum. As unto cum laude.

Some words aren't only vulgar!

They ought to stay.

This is my only now.

Ah yes, you're right. I missed that one (it's because I don't read encyclopedias or dictionaries etc. from universities).
