This is a pretty broad question, which is probably why you are not getting responses. I am not sure what you mean by "business houses".
Do you mean "financial institutions" such as banks, brokerage houses, stock exchanges and insurance companies?
Do you mean businesses in general? That might be divided into manufacturing businesses and retail businesses and / or into small businesses and large corporations and / or into privately-owned and publicly held businesses.
Were you, perhaps thinking of a specific failure? Talking directly about that might get a better response.
