My son was going to sleep.

He said good night to his grandma.

Grandma was watching TV and didn't hear him. She was the last episode and getting intense.

"It's okay. Grandma is watching TV. She is nervous to the TV."

What is the word that could describe well in the context above?

Not "nervous to the TV," but may be 'overwhelmed (sucked in) by the TV program'.

I would have used, "She is glued to the TV." or "She is gripped by the TV."

The previous sentence too misses something.

She was watching the last episode and getting intense tense.

'intense' has a different meaning.

One is said to become "absorbed" with watching TV.
