Hello respected teachers,

I'm listening to a radio podcast/video, but a I don't understand a specific part (because of the speaker's accent). With this in mind, are the following questions correct/natural?

1) I don't understand what the speaker says at the 50th second of the podcast.
2) I can't work out what the speaker say at the 3:52nd of the recording.
3) I can't follow the speaker at 1:05:53 on this movie.

How would you native speakers express the above ideas in different contexts?

I am looking forward to your answers.
