Dear friends,

I watched a series and found this sentence which I don't understand its meaning:-

The below is conversation between a wife and a husband during cleaning their home as the husband's friend will visit soon.

Husband: He can't find a hotel. he likes that allows dogs.

Wife: He's bringing Cinnamon?

Husband: For a whole week! The nerve of some people.

Could you please explain what does the bold sentence mean?
