Q: what do you like to do?

A: 1. Drawing and reading. / cooking and building small stuff
2. Draw and read. / cook and build small stuff

Are both answers correct?

Without saying "I like or I like to" part. So just look at the answers. do they as they are fit to the question?

Yes - all four are correct as direct answers to that question.

They are verbal short versions of the full sentences using "I like" or "I like to".
