Should 'Internet' always be written in Capital letter 'I'? I have seen 'internet' in small letter as well. When should I use Capital and Small letter? Thanks

There may be exceptions or conventions where Internet is not capitalized but TFD shows it as capitalized. I've never seen it any other way.

Internet with a capital "I" means the whole wide world network. internet with a lower case "i" is used to reference an intra-net, meaning within ones own domain.

If you disrespect the Internet, spell it with a lower case "i".

If you dislike the Internet, spell it with a lower case "i".

If you don't believe the Internet is a person, place, or thing-- spell it with "i".

If you are sick and tired of your spell checker correcting how you spell Internet, by all means, spell it with an "i".

I recently read on the Internet that I should spell 'internet' with a lower case 'I' but only when held in contempt, however, the RFC states that case doesnt matter.
