The political scene in both the parties, Dems & Reps, had started too early, they had been into it at least a year and a half ahead of November 2012. It just brings in too many agendas that are not urgent for the voters of either party. The issues are debated over and over again, and it ultimately becomes boring. It is not doing the average voter any good, by down playing the urgent topics through repeated discussions. It is a subtle way of making the public less in tune with the urgent topics for president selection, in few words making the American public stupid. I would appreciate a brisk attitude that does not allow nuisance to creep into the stability of the greatest economy of the world.
It is my hope the Democrats do not secure a president in the coming November 2012 election.
Cheers.

"Change we need" has been the Dems' slogan. Let's see what change...

Ave! Bossa nova, similis bossa seneca!
I don't know half of you half as well as I should like; and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

I don't know Latin, but I agree with Star in the Morning.

I thought the Bossa Nova was a dance. :-)
I do not see any Bossa for boss in Latin. Are you pulling our legs, JJ? :-) My Latin was soooooo long ago I would never know.
We may agree that the American election process is too long, but that is their method and they must like it.
Why do people always want change? Why not give time for things to work? Everyone expected Obama to solve a decade's worth (or more) of problems yesterday. Why does the opposition in every country think they HAVE to oppose EVERY move of the other party? Why can they not agree on what is right for the country and give a little here and get a little there. Obama tried to create change but it is 'kinda' hard when the opposition's only goal is to have you removed from office when they control the congress.
Obama is a good man and he has achieved some good things that have not been well publicized. Their economy would be a lot worse off than it is if he had not had the gumption to make some unpopular decisions. I only wish we were lucky to have him running our country.
I am certainly fearful when I hear some of the Republican candidates' policies that belong in the dark ages.
Every man has a right to his opinion, but no man has a right to be wrong in his facts. Bernard M. Baruch 1870-1965

I also wish Obama was running my country. We can certainly use him. The Americans are lucky I believe.

You got it! ;-) Reading some Pratchett can be educational in many ways. Is this more acceptable? "Ave duci novi. Similis duci seneci."
