Promote the Eastern and Western Cultures, Converge the Businiess Talents Here---Do you think it proper as a slogan for a university in China promoting its new concept of MBA education that proposes the interaction between business and human qualities (such as virtue, morality), and the blend of the cultures of China and the West, in an aim to train the students to be the leaders or elites with virtue in the field of business administration. In a word, two points are highlighted in this new concept: human qualities and internationalization.
If you happen to know Chinese, it would be much better. The Chinese version is:励商弘文,汇融中西. It would be appreciated if anyone could help me choose the right word or give me any advise. Thanks!

One way to promote the melding of Eastern and Western cultures would be for China to stop killing their females, killing elephanits for their ivory and skinning live dogs for their pelts. Just a thought.

I was once at a state fair where a farmer in the pig competition was forcing a water hose down the throat of a large sow in order to increase her weight. It was awful. I wasnt' "diplomcatic" there either.
There are some subjects one should never be diplomatic about. Besides, that wasn't personal to 3unorchid. Chill!
