two things, I tried looking this up, but I couldnt find anythng, I think this is written phonetically, so maybe someone can help me?

Welcome to the forum.
I'll write in green the correct spelling and in blue it's translation.

"voce ja pouj agua" = Você já pôs água=You have put water, already

"no quiproquo" = No quid pro quod= in quid pro quod
