Welcome Wallachusd.

I am still not completely clear about the context. I guess there must be some age written after Entry Age, like Entry Age 18 years.
If that is the case, it means the minimum age for qualification. Say you are applying for a job in insurancce sector as advisor. For that your age should be 18 or more. If you are less than 18 years old, you can not apply.

Why not contact that insurance company and ask them?

I don't know half of you half as well as I should like; and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

(meat on a insurance contract)

Is this a typo for something I have yet to figure out? Or what does this mean?

The insurance industry has always been about meat, gg !

Back on topic, it may mean that you pay into a policy with limited benefit up to a certain age at which time you become eligible for coverage with the full benefit of accumulated funds. JPK should be able to help with the French ( It is still 'French' in La Belle Province, right? ), don't know about the insurance terminology though.
