I would agree in if you asked me I would agree.

What does "in" mean in the above?

What is this actually saying? Does it make sense as one sentence? No, there is a conditional there.

So, treat the conditional statement on its own.

If you asked me I would agree.


So, what relationship does this have to the rest of the sentence?
My guess?
I would agree in 'if you asked me I would agree'.

You can now see it is saying where the initial phrase came from.
'I would agree' in 'if you asked me I would agree'...
except that is a noun phrase with no verb, not a complete sentence and not saying anything. Unless it did continue but you omitted the rest of the sentence.



You really need to look at sources with better punctuation.

Punctuation is just as fundamental as vocabulary and grammar. Without it, the reader (you) cannot understand the sentence, because they don't know when phrases start and stop, and what is related to what. Writing without punctuation is a stream of words with no signposts on how to read it. Lack of correct punctuation is bad writing.
