Ignore the actual question part, and look at the original sentence instead.

What tag question would you construct there?

You are being very rude, ____ you?

That should inform your choice of response statement.

To be honest, I didn't get the point. Could you please explain it, specially the answer of this test according to your explanation.

All those answers have different verbs. What it is really asking is which verb is applicable.

Rather than trying to think of this in a new sentence, start with an easier question - what is the tag question to the original statement?
You can make that tag question using the normal rules.

Once you have that, it should be clear what which of the answers in your quiz is correct.

What kind of tag question is that? Does it have any special grammar rules? I want to study more about it.
According to your explanation I think number 3 is correct, isn’t it?

Yes, exactly.

It is about identifying the verb.

It is the auxiliary that is the tag. But not in the same form.

You are being rude, aren't you?

This is to make you identify the auxiliary, which reduces the options. That was the reason I changed the question.
It is 'be', not 'have'.

And in response, 'you >>' becomes '<< I' . There is no dummy pronoun.
So
I am [being boring], am I?

I am, you think?
Is a possible colloquial version.
But simpnce there is another answer that is correct, I will ignore it.

You're right.
Well, it was nearly Midnight!

It should have been "since" = "because" or "as".
