round-shouldered

(adjective) Denoting a faulty posture characterized by drooping shoulders and a slight forward bending of the back.

Synonyms: hunched, stooped, crooked

Usage: I remember those girls merely as faces in the schoolroom,...cut off below the shoulders...by the ink-smeared tops of the high desks that were surely put there to make us round-shouldered and hollow-chested.

that's a bad posture, maybe a new year's resolution to visit gym regularly will fix it.

Thanks to Usage in Daemon's post I noticed references in classic literature in the original round-shouldered article.
The references take you to the https://www.thefreelibrary.com/

Very interesting, there are whole books and magazines there.Applause

After decades of stooping over his handiworks at his work table ,
the business owner eventually became round-shouldered and stiff.
