Hi, when we say Exclusive T-shirt, the word " T-shirt" especially "s" should be uppercase or lower case?

For a example:

Black Panther + Exclusive T-shirt or Black Panther + Exclusive T-Shirt

Exclusive t-shirt is lower case (all of it) because it's not a proper name - that is, unless it's a proper name (such as the name of a shop).

The word 'exclusive' is just a word and is lower-case. So is 'shirt'. But the 'T' in 'T-shirt' is a shape. It has two arms out to the sides and the bottom goes down in a straight line.

A small t makes no sense, unless you are a snake and your body curls upwards in the middle!

But sometimes adverts capitalise the first letter of everything. To grab attention and make it look important.

(In the same way that writing in all-caps in forums like this is said to be SHOUTING,and is not acceptable because it is too 'loud' and aggressive.)

thar, now that you have turned my attention to it, I realize that T-shirt with a capital T makes sense. I usually write it with a small t, but I guess I am wrong.

Well, it has migrated, of course. The original T shape has become t or tee in colloquial usage, as a sound. I was just being a bit pedantic.
