As a pre-test, both groups did the Values in Action Inventory test in one session. Next, the experimental group received hope-therapy trainings, eight two-hour sessions per week within one month, and the control group did not receive any. After the training program, once again both groups were given the Values in Action Inventory questionnaire as the post-test.

Any improvements?
