He got on my bed and lying down.

"Why are you lying on my bed." I said.

He moved to left a little bit and said, "I'm not lying your bed."

"This entire bed is mine." I said.

How do I tell him clearly because he was thinking the right side is mine but not the bed.

"This entire bed is mine" is OK.

We'd more likely say "The whole bed is mine."

He got on my bed and was lying down.

"Why are you lying on my bed." I asked.

He moved to the left a little and said, "I'm not lying on your bed."

"This entire(whole, full) bed is mine." I told him. IMO

Let others speak.

I am a layman.

For a little child, I would probably say "All of it is mine" or "It's all mine, yours is there." (pointing)

"Whole" is a bit more complex (for a child with a slightly larger vocabulary)

I would not say "entire" usually, though I might write it.
