- Even though the Congress knowingly might enforce the wrong side of the Immigration Act haul, they are not considering the matter a losing game, and they keep going forth with the discussions around this issue today.
- Perhaps the structure already created by the committee wasn't fully proper for this usage, but they look at it as a losing game, giving up of it permanently.
- More and more people are considering the Government Retirement Plan Reform a losing game, despite the mounds of social claims on social internet media.
