A drop of paint.

"There is a paint."

"There is a paint on the floor."

Few drops of paint.

"There are paints"

"There are paints on the floor."

Do they sound grammatically correct?

Most of the examples you gave don't seem grammatical to me.

I'd say:

There's a splotch of paint on the floor.
Someone dribbled paint on the floor.
Someone dripped paint on the floor—and how are we going to get it off?!
Who dripped paint on the kitchen floor?

I use "paints" to refer to an assortment of artist's colors such as a watercolor tray or a variety of tubes or jars of acrylics:

You left your paints on the floor (i.e., a tray of watercolors).
Please put your paints away.

But if I'm referring to house paint, such as a can of latex for the walls, I'd say,

Make sure to put the paint away when you're done.

Corrected:

A drop of paint.

"There is paint."

"There is paint on the floor."

A few drops of paint.

"There are drops of paint"

"There are drops of paint on the floor."

Paint is uncountable noun. It is not correct to quantify it like one paint or some paints.
